Customer Satisfaction and Returns

We aim to ensure that each item seamlessly integrates with your home. If it doesn't fit your requirements, we're here to assist with returns.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt and approved by us. Return shipping fees apply, and the product must be in its original condition and packaging for acceptance.

Cancellation Policy

We will process your order within 24 hours as soon as we receive the order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via service@lampsmodern.co.uk to contact us within 6 hours after you place the order. The refund will be issued within 2 business days after the cancellation of your order.

If you wish to cancel your order beyond 24 hours, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the order.

We will try our best to meet your needs. However, if the products you ordered have already been shipped out, then your order cannot be cancelled.

Before installing or using the products, please double check the following when it arrives:

1) Scan the box for damage.

2) Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

3) Remove the packaging and inspect the items.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance, it cannot be returned.

Return Policy

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

For manufacturing defects, product shortage, or shipping damage, contact us for reshipment. If items are missing from your order, inform us immediately for replacement. For damaged packages, provide clear photos for our review, and we'll reship or refund. Submit clear photos to expedite issue resolution within 3 days of delivery. Please note: We accept returns, but they're not free. If there's a quality issue, incorrect/missing items, we'll refund or replace.

We don't accept returns for: Size discrepancy; please review product descriptions or contact customer service. Minor color variation due to photography limitations. Excessive purchases. Items no longer needed. Personal preferences. Delivery issues based on address/zip code. Other non-merchant reasons.

Upon return agreement, refunds will be processed within 10 days of package receipt, minus initial shipping costs. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt and approved by us.

Exchange Policy We offer exchanges; contact us within 14 days. Return the product in original condition within 14 days of receiving it.

After verification, we'll exchange items within 2 business days.

While exchanges are free, you're responsible for return postage.
