Q: How secure is my online order?
A: When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL-secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: Orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 working days after the order is confirmed and processing. Please note that dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Approximately 10-15 business days. It is the time between when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address. Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, like customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc.
Q: How to Track the Package?
A: Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.
If you have an account, the tracking number and website can also be found in the Order Status History in Account-My Orders.
If you are without an account, you can use the email address and order number via the website "Customer Service-Track Order" to check the tracking information.
Q: How do i change or cancel an order?
A: We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Q: What do I do if I have missed items in my order?

Q: What is the warranty on your LED lights?
A: We offer a one-year warranty on all our chandeliers against manufacturing defects. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.
Q: Can I cancel the order if I don't want it during the shipping process?
A: We are so sorry to hear that you want to cancel the order, but your package is already on the way, unfortunately we can't help you to chase it back. You could contact us when you receive the package.
Q: Why can't I search for my logistics information after I receive the shipping information?
A: We will update the logistic number again on the next Tuesday when you receive the shipping information. You can see your latest tracking number in the shopify software.
Q: Why do some LED lights flicker?
A: LED lights may flicker due to incompatible dimmer switches.
Q: How long do LED lights last?
A: LED lights typically have a lifespan of 25,000 to 50,000 hours, depending on usage and quality. This is significantly longer than traditional incandescent or fluorescent bulbs.
