Colour temperature, measured in Kelvin (K), refers to the colour of light emitted by a light source. It helps in determining warmth or coolness of the light, affecting the ambiance and mood of a space. Here’s a simplified explanation:
- Warm White (3000-3500K): Lights in this range give off a warm, cozy, and welcoming glow. They are suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas, as they create a relaxing and comfortable environment.
- Neutral Light (4500-5000K): Neutral light is bright and clear, mimicking natural daylight. It's versatile and works well in kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and retail spaces, promoting focus and visibility.
- Cool White (6000-6500K): This temperature emits a crisp and invigorating light, enhancing concentration and energy. It's ideal for task-oriented areas such as workshops, garages, and display areas.
Each colour temperature serves a different purpose and can significantly affect the functionality and aesthetics of a space. Choose a colour temperature that aligns with the activities and atmosphere you want to create in each room.
- Dimmable version: equipped with a remote control, and can adjust the brightness and color temperature of the light, not compatible with dimmers.
- Three-colour changed by switch version (Switch not included): controlled by standard switch in your house, you can adjust the color temperature of the light, there is no memory function, the next time you turn on the light will return to the initial setting. It can't be set to only one light source.
IP ratings are the levels of waterproofing within a product, sealing it from moisture and dirt. The higher the IP rating, e.g. IP65, IP67, the more water and dirt proof the item becomes. These types of products are ideal for outdoor use or for placing directly above a shower/bath. The lower the IP rating, e.g. IP44, the less water and dirt proof the item becomes. IP44 products are more suited to a bathroom space, such as above your sink, away from the bath area.

The LED lamp contains an integrated LED, no additional bulb needs to be installed. Please refer to the information on the product page for whether bulbs are included.

If you're having some trouble with payment, we do have some tips that usually will work:I failed to pay with my Credit or debit card?
1. Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, CVV code and billing address.
2. Make sure you have enough credit or account balance.
3. Check whether your card Authorized or default online transaction limit is too low.
4. Try refreshing the page, or logging completely out and then logging back in.
5. Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.
6. If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank.As default in all Credit Card banks, part of their security, they block international transactions/payment. Unless the card holder will request to unblock their secured method.
7. Try using a different card.
Returns & Refunds
For defective/wrong packages, provide clear photos for our review, and we'll reship or refund.
Please note, it may take several days for us to receive your return from the courier, but rest assured, your refund will be processed as soon as we have received the goods. Depending on your bank, your refund may take3-5 working daysto appear in your account.
Shiping
As our warehouses are in different locations, we give priority to shipping from the highest stocked warehouse, so some products may be shipped separately.
If your order was just sent out, please wait for 3-5 working days for the updated tracking info.If your order is already in transit, and has no update for severals days, usually, it will be updated until the parcel reaches next shipping station (may need 3-7 working days). Please wait with patience. Thanks.If you still have concerns about the shipment of your order, please email our customer support. We will help check the status of your parcel.
Orders
Yes, you can. It includes changing sizes or the color of an item, removing an item, and changing your shipping address. Please contact our Customer Care Team with Email.
Please note that we can help you modify your order BEFORE shipment. Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
