We partner with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including: Royal Mail, DPD etc. All shipment times are shown in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time, and dependent upon warehouse turnaround.

Return Policy

We aim to ensure that each item seamlessly integrates with your home. If it doesn't fit your requirements, we're here to assist with returns. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt and approved by us. You also have 30 days upon receipt of your goods to report any faults, defects or damages – we would recommend letting us know as soon as possible, as we would like to get this sorted for you.

A: We offer several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Maestro and American Express credit cards. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and GooglePay. All methods of payment are safe and secure.

Q: What is Color Temperature?

 A: Colour temperature, measured in Kelvin (K), refers to the colour of light emitted by a light source. It helps in determining warmth or coolness of the light, affecting the ambiance and mood of a space. Here’s a simplified explanation:

• Warm White (3000-3500K): Lights in this range give off a warm, cozy, and welcoming glow. They are suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining areas, as they create a relaxing and comfortable environment.
• Neutral Light (4500-5000K): Neutral light is bright and clear, mimicking natural daylight. It's versatile and works well in kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and retail spaces, promoting focus and visibility.
• Cool White (6000-6500K): This temperature emits a crisp and invigorating light, enhancing concentration and energy. It's ideal for task-oriented areas such as workshops, garages, and display areas.

Each colour temperature serves a different purpose and can significantly affect the functionality and aesthetics of a space. Choose a colour temperature that aligns with the activities and atmosphere you want to create in each room.

Q: What is Dimmable version and Three-colour changed by switch？

 A: Please check the Description section to find whether the current product is dimmable or not.

• Dimmable version: equipped with a remote control, and can adjust the brightness and color temperature of the light, not compatible with dimmers.
• Three-colour changed by switch version (Switch not included): controlled by standard switch in your house, you can adjust the color temperature of the light, there is no memory function, the next time you turn on the light will return to the initial setting. It can't be set to only one light source.

Q: What do IP ratings mean?

A: IP ratings are the levels of waterproofing within a product, sealing it from moisture and dirt. The higher the IP rating, e.g. IP65, IP67, the more water and dirt proof the item becomes. These types of products are ideal for outdoor use or for placing directly above a shower/bath. The lower the IP rating, e.g. IP44, the less water and dirt proof the item becomes. IP44 products are more suited to a bathroom space, such as above your sink, away from the bath area.

Q: How long is the returns period?

A: We offer a 30 days returns policy. If an item is damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days upon receipt of your goods. Find out more on our Returns Policy

Q: How do i change or cancel an order?

We will process your order within 24 hours as soon as we receive the order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via service@lampsmodern.co.uk to contact us within 6 hours after you place the order. The refund will be issued within 2 business days after the cancellation of your order. We will try our best to meet your needs.

However, if the products you ordered have already been shipped out, then your order cannot be cancelled.
